1. Free Consultation
We will connect for thirty minutes to review your goals, prior experiences, and current lifestyle. We will make sure our values align and see if working together is a mutual fit.
3. Strategize & Plan
Together we look at your internal and external factors to establish new behavior changes. From there, we will create your roadmap to long term success.
2. Make it Official
We will officially enter the coach:client relationship! You will review our contract, set up your account, and submit payment.

4. Stay Connected
I will be with you every step of the way! We will have weekly check-ins and I will be available to answer any questions and provide insights as needed.

Nutritional Periodization
If we are tracking macros, you will receive a plan of what your daily macros should look like. I will provide nutrition periodization based on performance, training, and energy expenditure.

We will check in on a weekly basis to go over accomplishments, any challenges that came up, how to manage them, and adjust your roadmap as necessary. This time is dedicated for you and what you need to succeed.
